Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a part-time assistant to support the Accounts Payable (AP) department of our real estate management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading invoices into Remote Landlord, ensuring accurate booking, and performing bank reconciliations at the end of each month. As a high-quality employee, there will be opportunities to take on additional assistant work such as lease renewals. Additionally, the candidate may be involved in due diligence review tasks, including matching up leases to the rent roll, verifying consistency, and reviewing utility bills.
Responsibilities:
Upload invoices into Remote Landlord and ensure accurate booking
Perform bank reconciliations at the end of each month
Assist with lease renewals and other administrative tasks as needed
Conduct due diligence review tasks, including matching leases to the rent roll and reviewing utility bills
Requirements
Requirements:
Experience working with Remote Landlord software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Prior experience in real estate management or related field is a plus
